Google Cirq is an open-source Python library for creating, simulating, and optimizing quantum circuits, specifically designed for noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) computers. Developed by Google Quantum AI, Cirq provides tools to write quantum algorithms and run them on both quantum simulators and actual quantum hardware.
